Hi, I’m Alexis. I am a speaker, trainer, and coach who works with clients worldwide as they grow in leadership, sales, and personal awareness. I love watching my clients succeed.
Like others, I’ve had my share of ups and downs in life and continually work to find ways to manage, cope, and, most importantly, move forward. I have found the move forward part to be the most challenging at times, which is why I love helping others find their path.
The people I have worked with come from various backgrounds and experiences. Clients have worked in manufacturing, retail, health and wellness, finance, and many other areas. Some aren’t working at all; they are just trying to find the right way forward.
While I work with everyone, I have a passion for helping women succeed. I started my career in STEM and was often one of the only women in the room. Navigating this, mostly on my own, motivated me to coach and mentor women.
